The Trustees will strive to manage, maintain, repair, restore and improve common areas and facilities. To determine the common expenses required for the affairs of the Condominium. And to do anything and everything necessary and proper for the sound management and administration of the Condominium Association.

We, the Trustees, desire to preserve the history and beauty of our buildings here in Boston's Back Bay. As elected Trustees of the Association, we are obligated to our owners, as well as our neighbors,  for maintaining our buildings to reflect the area's historic character.  When repairs and upgrades are required, we will use the highest quality products and services, at the most favorable cost, to preserve the original designs of the buildings.
